These children, some of them without parents, come from the poorest backgrounds and are supported by the municipality, church and police in an exemplary manner in order to secure their future. We had already invited these children to a free resort day in January. Now another official day took place here at Mangold Resort, where these children received further lessons in swimming or lifeguarding.
The Mangold Foundation funded food, drinks and provides the venue for free. This meeting also had an official character in that we, i.e. the municipality, the church, the police and the Mangold Foundation signed an agreement designed for long-term cooperation in terms of joint support for these and other children. We, the Mangold Foundation, have now committed ourselves accordingly as patrons with platform Mangold Resort. Mayor, police chief, pastors, police officers and some guardians were present.
